Junior Specialist:in IT Controlling & Governance

For our department “Digitalization and Processes” we are looking for reinforcement: With the increasing number of digitization projects and the introduction of new tools, the requirements for our 15-member team are growing steadily. You support us in managing and securing our department in a commercial manner – and make sure that processes, contracts and risks are professionally supervised at any time You will ensure the proper auditing and auditing in the IT environment, monitor project budgets (OPEX/CAPEX) and start central outflow planning. You control procurement processes independently and accompany procurement processes. You systematically collect and provide IT contracts, license periods and service level agreements (SLAs). You identify risks in business-critical IT-supported processes, assess potential impacts in software failures and take action to ensure operational continuity. You link contract data with critical business processes and thus ensure complete risk and dependency documentation. You are responsible for the internal risk management department, monitor deadlines, collect relevant data and escalate in case of need for action. You monitor compliance with IT compliance and governance requirements. You'll create periodic reports as well as ad-hoc evaluations using modern BI tools and use AI support (LLMs) for process optimization.

You have a completed degree (Bachelor/Diplom) of Business Administration, Business Informatics or Administration Management – or a comparable commercial training, for example as a merchant/wife for digitalization management. First practical experiences in controlling, project assistance or contract management are a plus, but no need. You can move safely into digital systems and enjoy working in new tools and processes. You have a good sense of risks in business processes and you like to think about what happens if something doesn't work – and how to anticipate. You have a good sense of data processing and report tools and you are interested in the productive use of AI language models (LLMs) for text and data analysis. Complex facts – both commercial and technical – can be prepared precisely and recipient-oriented. You work structured, carefully and conscientiously. You are strong in communication and get the information you need from technical experts. Integrity and a pronounced awareness of regulatory requirements (Governance) complete your profile.
