You keep an overview: You will keep the agreed training budget in mind and ensure the sustainability of the training content and behaviour.

Education: They have completed training as a merchant for insurance and finance and ideally as an insurance specialist. Experience: They have professional experience in sales and have gained the first training experience possible. Knowledge: You ideally have a training as a trainee-the-trainer Personality: Communication strength as well as motivational and sales talent with methodological competence.
