Working Student (m/w/d) Personnel and Organizational Development

KNDS Germany develops, manufactures and maintains a wide-spread product portfolio as a system house. These include combat tanks, highly protected wheel vehicles, artillery systems, military bridges, customer service and training solutions. As a working student, you are part of our team and gain a wide range of insights into the areas of personnel and organizational development, talent management and learning You accompany us in strategic work in the areas of employee and executive development, talent management, etc. You support our team in the planning, design, implementation and follow-up of different seminar and training formats You bring your expertise into the design of new concepts and give impulses for their further development Together with us, you organize and accompany in-depth events You create designs for our internal communication and communicate independently with service providers (training providers, venues, etc.) You support us in operational day-to-day business and ongoing projects as needed

You are studying in the advanced Bachelor (min. 3 semesters) or in the Master's Programme (Economic) Psychology, Economics or Social Sciences or a comparable discipline You could already gain first experiences in the HR sector and get inspired for the topic You are fit in handling MS Office You draw your attention through a high level of commitment, initiative and reliability You bring a strong communication strength and a high social competence with You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing JOBV1_EN
