You coordinate and control repair processes – from the first damage notice to the successful implementation, always with the view for the feasible and practical You appreciate the combination of evaluations and reporting, external appointments and exchanges with customers and service providers – and enjoy addressing your tasks flexibly, independently and in a co-shape You are the organizational institution in the background, the administrative processes structured and efficiently designed You keep an overview of all claims, document them carefully and ensure that no case remains As a central contact person, you communicate with tenants, colleagues from various departments and external service providers – by phone, in writing or on site You create clear evaluations and maintain databases, e.g. with Excel
