Graduate degree at Bachelor level (e.g. in the field of Public Management, Facility Management, Real Estate Management, Business Administration) or career qualification for the senior management service with at least 3-year professional experience in facility management in public service Ideally with management responsibility in the building/house service Knowledge of procurement, contract and service management of advantage Their mode of operation is structured and proactive Strategic and solution-oriented thinking combined with a high degree of decision and implementation You have a friendly and team-oriented personality You are safe in handling MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Administrative experience in public service is advantageous German with the language level of at least C1
