Description of the TasksThe start-up programme is an educational programme for the promotion of disadvantaged pupils to give them a good start to school life and later to professional life. Within the framework of the Federal and Länder start-up programme, at the GOBS Süderwischschule, Pommernstraße 74, 27474 Cuxhaven, the fixed-term job for a pedagogical employee / an educational employee as a specialist (w/m/d) for non-teaching and educational activities with a regular weekly working time of 10,083 hours, plus holiday period This job is not suitable for parttime. The pedagogical specialist is to support the school, for example, through the following measures: Care and promotion of students with learning difficulties Individual support in everyday school Promotion of learning motivation among students Support for full-time coordination and billing Description of the requirementsIdeally you have completed training for the state-recognized educator/educator, but at least have a pedagogical basic attitude that evaluates diversity. We require joy in working with students, reliability and team skills. In addition, a sovereign handling of larger groups of children is desired. The pedagogical specialist should be flexible, knowing the school environment and above all the challenging conditions such as students with a migration background, students with emotional and social impairments. It requires emotional stability and pedagogical skills. Since the specialist is to support the billing, an accountant or office businesswoman would be advantageous. The activity is assigned to S 8a TV-L. However, if you do not have training as a state-recognized educator/educator, you do not meet the personal requirements of this grouping and are therefore grouped into S 4 TV-L. Since, as indicated above, this is a fundamentally unreasonable period of time, it is already described in § 14 para. 2 p. 2 TzBfG. It is therefore in principle only possible to apply to those who have not previously been in any employment relationship with the country of Lower Saxony or who is currently standing. Educational conditions or internships with training character in the country of Lower Saxony are not working conditions.
