The DIAKOVERE Care Services gGmbH is looking for a Fachtherapeut*in wound (w/m/d).

The position shall be fixed in part or full time at 19.25 to 38.5 hours per week.

Own-sponsored planning, organisation and implementation of the care of clients with chronic wounds according to current scientific findings and guidelines Advice and training of clients, relatives and nurses on wound care, wound prevention and handling of wound and therapy-related restrictions Close cooperation with doctors, nurses and other specialist areas for optimal care Cooperation in the development and implementation of new wound care concepts and strategies Construction and maintenance of networks in wound care Complete documentation of wound treatment and participation in quality assurance Participation in the incorporation of new employees and guidance of trainees and interns

Senior Caregiver (w/m/d) Specialist therapistin wound (ICW®) or wound expertin (ICW®) with the willingness to complete the qualification for the specialist therapist*in Practical experience and skills in the care of wounds and VAC relationships Ability to interdisciplinary cooperation and to clear, comprehensible communication Self-working, willingness to expand expertise Teamability, client orientation, flexibility and reliability
