Projektmanager (m/w/d) - Operations Coordination

You analyze and evaluate problem situations and coordinate the problem management in IT operations. The consideration of fault situations in IT production is one of your tasks. You set up sustainable measures to improve IT production stability and monitor their implementation. You are responsible for monitoring the creation and maintenance of emergency plans to maintain and restore LVM's critical IT systems. The coordination of the introduction and optimization of the IT service monitoring for monitoring the ongoing IT operation is done by you in cooperation with the corresponding developer team. You take the acceptance of IT solutions before the product is taken as part of a Quality Gate. As an interface between the IT operation and the ITSCM (IT emergency management) you will participate in the establishment of the operational emergency prevention and management, emergency documentation and test coordination of operational emergency measures. In close cooperation with relevant stakeholders of IT, including operational information security management, user service, core IT operations teams and infrastructure development, you are actively involved.

You have a degree in Computer Science (Diplom, Bachelor or Master) or comparable qualification. You'll bring sound knowledge of the building of IT infrastructures. Knowledge in ITIL is advantageous. Know complex relationships, analyze and document safely. Your own initiative as well as commitment to new technical and technical challenges characterize you. Your strengths include a user-oriented way of thinking and empathy in terms of failures in the IT infrastructure with implications for business. A high level of understanding of IT monitoring and architecture frameworks completes your profile.

Salary: You receive a collectively regulated remuneration (compulsory contract for private insurance). In addition, you receive holiday and Christmas money as well as extensive social benefits - including an occupational pension scheme. In addition, a future-proof workplace awaits you.

Homeoffice: Depending on the location and arrangement with your leadership, you can choose between different home office models. At least two days are provided at the LVM campus. In addition to a fully-fledged technical equipment, you will receive a unique home office tray of 800 € gross.
