Consultant E-Commerce (m/f/d)

In your position, you take strategic advice and bear the analytical and conceptual responsibility - while you are sleeping the bridge between business vision and technical implementation. You are a contact person when it comes to carrying out strategic requirements analysis - from stakeholder workshops to interviews to data-based insights. You take care of the entire requirements Lifecycle, ensuring traceability, prioritization and alignment of all requirements for business objectives. Whenever it comes to translate business strategies into feasible results, you develop use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria and technical specifications. Last but not least, you work closely with cross-functional teams from Development, Architecture, Security, QA and Product Ownership, evaluate solution alternatives based on KPIs and advance the optimization of processes, automation and efficiency.

Completed studies in BWL, computer science or a related field or comparable professional experience Multiannual experience in the technical analysis of complex digital environments as well as in digital transformation projects or large-scale system modernizations as well as with agile, classic and hybrid project methods and stakeholder management. Deep technical understanding with know-how in APIs, integrations, system workflows, microservice architectures, Scrum/NEXUS and agile software development Relevant certifications such as IIBA, CBAP, Agile BA, Scrum Master, Product Owner, CSPO, PMI-ACP or comparable qualifications are a big plus.
