Your location The Johanniter-Unfall-Hilfe e.V. in Oberfranken has been active in a wide range of charitable and social areas for over 50 years and currently employs around 300 employees as well as about 150 volunteers. We are also looking forward to supporting around 9,000 members. In the tradition of the evangelical Order of St. John, the tasks of the regional association today include, among other things, the rescue, medical and driving services as well as the first aid training. In addition, there are social services such as work with children and adolescents, the provision of home emergency and mobile emergency services, as well as the care and care of elderly and sick people. Since December 2016, Lacrima has also been a centre for mourning children and young people in Upper Franconia. In addition to the regional office and the "Biberbande" nursery in Bamberg, the Johanniters in Oberfranken have further locations in Keyfeld (Rettungswache, Sozialstation), Reckendorf (Kindertagesstätte , "Johanniter-Kinderinsel") and Keyau ("Naturkita an der Reichen Ebrach").
