Property Manager - Tenders / Contracts / Commercial Real Estate (m/f/d)

You take over the full commercial and technical management of our portfolio of commercial real estate and thus secure its value. You coordinate and monitor maintenance measures as well as minor reconstruction projects to ensure the perfect condition of the objects. For upcoming measures, create alerts, collect offers from service providers and prepare the award decisions. You are responsible for contract management with tenants and service providers, check incoming invoices and ensure the correct handling. As a central contact person, you are in direct contact with tenants: both internal and external partners and control the communication service-oriented. Through regular visits on site, you control the condition of the real estate and the quality of the work done.

You have a commercial training (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification (e.g. studies in the field of economics, real estate, facility management, construction, etc.) You have organisational talent and joy in cooperation with service providers You work independently and structured You have a safe handling of MS Office You are ready to travel 3-5 times a year, for a few days, throughout Germany, to your projects You control German (C1+) in word and writing
