WHY THE ROLE FOR YOU SPEAKING IS... You take responsibility for billing-related topics, including pre- and post-processing of pay and salary bills for a defined employee group in Gießen.

You support transformation and digitization projects, especially in the field of automation and the implementation of new technologies such as Workday for Payroll.

You actively drive process optimization and introduce innovative approaches to designing efficient and modern payroll processes.

You support the implementation and development of Workday in the Payroll area.

You are a contact person for employees, social security institutions and authorities in all pay tax and social insurance issues.

You ensure the correct application of labour, tax and social insurance regulations.

You want to develop.

YOU KNOW WHAT? You will bring a completed commercial training or a comparable qualification.

You collected 1-3 years of professional experience in payroll accounting

You will be able to identify yourself through a quick understanding, hand-on mentality and enthusiasm for technical innovations.

You ideally bring workday experience. SAP in-house experience is a plus.
