A place where you count: For our automatic lathe we are looking for a cutting mechanic for 2 years (m/w/d).

A job that counts: your tasks

Stand-alone brushing and operation of CNC-controlled single- and multi-spindle automatic machines Implementation of setup controls including tool change Ensuring timely and high-quality production Quality control (workshop testing) and monitoring of manufacturing processes Error analysis and troubleshooting of machinery and equipment Participation in LEAN activities and continuous improvement processes

Experience that counts: Your skills

Completed vocational training as a machining mechanic, machine turning technique or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in the independent installation of CNC - lathes and reading of programs Very good knowledge of the operation of the machines: INDEX, TRAUB, DMG, Spinner, Citizen, Mazak, Okuma, Tornos, Star, Schütte High self-initiative and team capacity, rapid understanding and independent working. Willingness to shift work (spring, late and night shift)
