Senior AI Business Analyst (m/f/d)

AI & process strategy: Responsibility for the analysis and further development of business-wide end-to-end business processes. Identification of sustainable, value-generating AI applications and derivation of strategic target images and a company-wide AI roadmap in close coordination with the departments Architecture & System Integration: Collecting, evaluating and consolidating professional-functional requirements, implementing scalable AI architectures and ensuring seamless integration into the existing system landscape Implementation & Rollout: Control of Proof-of-Concepts and pilot projects up to productive implementation including preparation, control, implementation and documentation of UAT, Go-Live and Hypercare as well as continuous stabilization of systems in ongoing operation according to ITIL standards. Governance & Compliance: Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, data protection requirements and ethical standards when implementing and using AI solutions. Designing and implementing guidelines and standards for responsible AI Stakeholder & Project Management: Central interface between departments, IT, management and external partners with professional project management as well as comprehensive planning, control and reporting of AI and IT initiatives including structured risk, issue and change management

Education: Successfully completed studies (e.g. economic or technical computer science, engineering, business management) or alternatively an IT training, e.g. specialist for system integration or application development – each with relevant professional experience Know-How: Funded knowledge in IT systems, software architectures and data management as well as experience in the implementation and integration of IT and AI solutions. Safe handling of ITIL, project management, data protection and compliance as well as high affinity for digital transformation projects Personal competencies: High sense of responsibility, reliability, strategic and analytical thinking as well as an expressive communication and presentation skills combined team skills, independent working, leadership skills and readiness for continuous training
