You work daily with customers from all over the world – by email, chat or video – and make sure that their concerns are resolved quickly and professionally. Modern technologies accompany you: you use digital tools and AI-based applications, get to know new systems and optimize workflows through smart data evaluation. In addition, you will get insights into our product portfolio, subscription models, billing and ordering processes and learn to communicate complex information clearly – both internally and internationally. In exciting projects, you can take responsibility, introduce your own ideas and actively help us develop our global service processes.

Duration of training: 3 years Teaching at the Julius Springer School in Heidelberg, 1x per week Homeoffice Start: September 1, 2026 (Duration: 3 years) Working time: Full time (38,5 hours/week) Compensation: € 1.320,00 (1st year) | € 1.373,00 (2nd year) | € 1.430,00 (3rd year) We offer an attractive training allowance as well as holiday and Christmas money, a grant to a Germany ticket and asset-effective services as well as the opportunity to work a day in the week at home office.
