In this role, you support sales in the preparation and coordination of offers in the field of technical building equipment and contribute to the complete and timely implementation of supply processes. WAS OF JOB IHN BIETET Support of the sales team in the sales service in the production and processing of technical building equipment (TGA) Preparation, compilation and preparation of tender documents (e.g. customer letters, explanation reports and quotations) Organisation and coordination of tenders and tenders for private and public contracting entities, including the use of procurement platforms and compliance with delivery dates Support in the collection of offers from suppliers and subcontractors as part of the provision Maintenance of sales and project data in the company's own systems (e.g. CRM) Support in tracking sales projects in close coordination with the sales team Communication with customers, engineering offices and internal specialist departments on organisational and terminological topics Preparation of evaluations and overviews to support sales management Participation in the organisation and further development of internal sales processes WOMITSIE UNS OVERVIEW Complete training in the commercial or administrative field or comparable qualification Experience in the sales service, in the office organization, project assistance or support of supply or project processes is advantageous Reliable and independent operation Organisational strength and joy in coordinating tasks Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint Experience with CRM systems or award platforms is helpful, but no requirement Communication strength and joy in cooperation with different project participants

Experience in the field of construction or technology is welcome, but no prerequisite.
