Technical Manager TGA (m/f/d)

Our client is an established medium-sized company of technical building equipment in the Karlsruhe area and implements sophisticated projects in the areas of heating, ventilation, sanitation, cold and MSR for public, commercial and industrial clients. In the course of the further development of the technical organization, we are looking for an experienced personality from the TGA/HKLS project business, which will assume the technical and disciplinary responsibility for a team of seven project leaders. This is expressly not about guidance from the desk: You remain close to the projects, support technical and commercial challenges and help your project managers as experienced savings partners.

You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of seven project leaders and support them in their professional and personal development As a technical Sparring partner, you support challenging TGA/HKLS projects and support technical issues, difficult building site situations and project-related decisions You keep an eye on project progress, dates, costs and cost-effectiveness and, together with the responsible project managers, develop solutions when projects run from the plan With important customer, contractor and project talks, you can help your team and support you with follow-ups, escalations and challenging project phases You develop standards and procedures in project execution and ensure a close exchange between project management, construction site, assembly and management Depending on the utilisation and interest, you will also accompany selected projects yourself and stay close to the operating daily business

You have a technical training with further training as a master or technician in the field of SHK/HKLS or a study of supply technology or a comparable technical qualification Your multiannual experience in the TGA/HKLS project business is crucial, for example in a plant manufacturer, building technology company or larger SHK-/HKLS specialist business You know the operational project processing with construction site control, costs, appointments, supplements, after-contractors and acceptances from your own experience Leadership experience is an advantage – we are also pleased with experienced senior project managers or project managers who, after several years of successful project responsibility, want to take the next step into a senior leadership role. You combine technical expertise with a ground-level, solution-oriented and binding way and understand yourself as a saving partner of your team
