For our Airbus Logistics Center at the Hamburg-Hausbruch location, we are looking for you as:

Process Engineer (m/w/d) Warehouse Logistics

• Process optimisation: You analyze, document and optimize workflows, resource use and area planning to realize efficiency improvements.
• Standardization & Lean Management: You set the implementation and compliance of our operational standards in accordance with CEVA LEAN requirements
• Project management: You develop and implement strategic internal projects as well as smaller customer projects, from conception to successful introduction.
• Innovation & Strategy: You identify and implement innovative solutions and promote continuous improvement.
• Analysis & Risk Assessment: You conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to ensure sound decisions.
• Operational Stability: You conduct ad hoc measures and implement them to stabilise the operating daily business.

What we want from you:

• Funded training: a completed study of engineering or economics, ideally with a focus on logistics or a comparable subject area.
• Practice-proven expertise: several years of professional experience in key positions such as engineering, project management or in the optimization of Lean Logistics and Warehouse processes.
• Methodology competence: proven knowledge and safe use of Lean methods as well as established problem solving techniques.
• Analytical Strength: Strong Analytical Skills and a Structured, Targeted Work that allows you to penetrate complex challenges.
• Personal commitment: a high degree of self-initiative, self-employment and the ability to actively introduce you to the team.
• Communication strength: reliable knowledge of German and very good English for effective communication in the international environment.
• Digital competence: Routinized handling of MS Office applications and experience in the use of common project management tools.
