As a team coordinator*in, you have time resources in addition to your ability in the group service to perform organizational and structuring tasks. The place is ideal for professionals in the (social) educational sector, who, after a number of years of professional activity, have to assume first responsibility for leadership. As a pedagogical specialist, you will take care and development of eight children and adolescents in the shift service together with your team colleagues. You actively participate in the education and assistance planning of children and adolescents, prepare development reports and submit all kinds of documentation.
