Are you looking for an exciting internship with responsibility? Then you are right in our division “Supplier Quality & Development”! We ensure the quality of our subcontractors before entering the series – from supplier qualification to APQP and audits to KPI-based control. We are looking for active support for our current projects. You support a gap analysis of the existing qualification matrix and help build an optimized training concept for our global and regional SQD teams (e.g. APQP, VDA 6.3, FAI/PPAP). You actively participate in the optimization and standardization of our process processes, in particular in the digitization of the APQP-Three-Gate system and the further development of our global quality gate database. You support the standardization and harmonisation of our Defect Rate, SOTIF, Q-Cost/Backcharge, FAI-Rejection-Rate, PPM) and provide data for performance reporting. You help prepare and track our Q-C-D recovery workshops and supplier performance formats (e.g. Quality Excellence Day).

You are an immaculate student in the field of engineering, natural sciences or economics and bring good technical knowledge. At best, you already had first points of contact with quality management or supplier management. You are fit in MS Office, especially in Excel (data evaluation) and PowerPoint (management preparation). We require very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing, as we work internationally with colleagues and suppliers in Europe, USA, China and India. You are a team player, you work structured and you want to take responsibility.
