You control the operating envelope storage processes within the night shift in the exit area. You are the first respondent in the envelope/transmission terminal. You are responsible for the management of employees, taking into account the economic, qualitative and safety-relevant goals. Professional and disciplinary leadership of a team of up to 25 employees and implementation of personnel deployment planning. You identify potentials and conduct employee talks. You are responsible for the implementation of the predetermined process sequences within the night layer in the area of output. You have the operational control of the layer under efficiency points as well as maintaining and monitoring quality requirements. You carry out the risk assessment and verification of the operating and working instructions.

(m/w/d) or specialist (m/w/d) for warehouse logistics. You have relevant professional experience in storage processes, ideally process knowledge in the piece goods suspension. You have experience in leading employees. You provide secure IT skills, especially Microsoft Office.
