for use in various facilities of the city of Bremerhaven.

The posts are permanent as a medical representation, longest until 31.12.2026.

The area of responsibility includes:

The area of responsibility shall include the performance of all works belonging to the field of activity of a master of the house, including the supervision, maintenance and repair of the technical facilities.

Preparation for an application is:

A prerequisite for your application is a completed artisanal vocational training in the field of building operating technology or building maintenance (electro-installer:in, central heating and ventilation manufacturer:in or comparable training).

Class B licence is required, experience in electrical, air-conditioning, heating or sanitary technology is advantageous. Multiannual professional experience is desirable. The willingness to work independently, cooperatively and flexibly is assumed. PC experience and the willingness to use the private car for service trips are desirable.
