We invite you to grow together with us and now look for a*n: Team Lead (m/w/d) Payroll & HR Services In this position, you are responsible for the correct and timely execution of salary billing, the time recording and the support of our HR services A central aspect of your activity is the management and leadership, as well as the appreciation of your team You secure reliable standards and processes and work together with your team on continuous optimization The further development of payroll processes and HR services is also one of their tasks They lead projects, support the digitization of HR processes and successfully implement these changes in the company In this role, you are actively involved in all the issues involved, make informed decisions and implement them in close cooperation with all stakeholders. Another essential task is to ensure a targeted and positive communication of your topics within the organization.

They have completed university studies or commercial training and have practical experience with They provide comprehensive knowledge and at least five years of active experience in the areas of pay billing and HR services They have proven, multi-year leadership experience in a comparable position and stand for team spirit and an appreciation collaboration They are characterized by their pronounced communicative consulting and solution competence as well as a sovereign and convincing appearance They bring experience in project management, enjoy change processes and address new challenges targeted
