As the first contact for our presence, service providers and other visitors, you are the business card of our house and make sure you feel welcome with us. On behalf of apoBank, you will receive and host our guests and support our customers in the event of service requests and provide technical support. You are responsible for the infrastructural and administrative tasks that arise in the context of the location company, including with regard to ATMs, Control measures and fire protection topics. You are responsible for the location and fleet management and supports customer events.

You have completed a commercial training, preferably as a bank merchant/buyer. You communicate safely and eloquently with a wide range of target groups and draw your attention through a high service orientation and can ideally answer bank-specific service requests from our customers. Your own work is of course for you. You also keep an overview, a cool head and a smile on your lips in turbulent situations. Through your organizational skills, you make sure that everything goes smoothly in the branch.
