Digitalisation Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks: In this responsible role, you are part of our digitalization and production team and are driving the digital transformation of our production sites decisively. You analyze existing production and information processes and identify digitalization potentials, e.g. in the fields of MES, IoT, OT or paperless production

You accompany and are responsible for digitalization projects in the production environment – from the request to the technical concept to the implementation and the rollout

You work closely with the specialist areas along the value chain, IT and external partners and ensure smooth integration of new solutions into existing systems

You manage existing digital production systems and solutions (e.g. MES, IoT platforms, shopfloor tools) and ensure their fault-free operation

You analyze disturbances, develop sustainable solutions and ensure efficient troubleshooting in regular operation

You are constantly driving forward the improvement of existing systems – through optimizations, functional developments or automation approaches

Your profile: A completed training in the IT field with corresponding further qualification or a completed study in the field of economic engineering, production technology, (economic) computer science, mechanical engineering

First or well-founded experience in the production environment, ideally in the area of digitalization, MES, Industry 4.0, project management or process optimization

have the pleasure of understanding complex technical processes and transferring them to digital solutions together with the international disciplines

Secure handling of digital systems and ideally knowledge in SAP, MES systems and Microsoft Power Platform

Own a pronounced hand-on mentality and like to accompany operating themes directly on the shopfloor

Systematic, analytical and solution-oriented work and communicate safely in German and English (C1)
