We are looking for our state-of-the-art production plant in 95466 Bayreuth/Weidenberg at the next time you (m/w/d) as:

WORKERS FOR WORKING SECURITY at the plant for the production of concrete segments for hybrid towers

Responsibility for the implementation and monitoring of work safety regulations in production Implementation of security visits and audits and documentation of security processes Identification of safety risks and introduction of prevention measures Training and awareness of employees in matters of safety Creation and maintenance of security documentation, accident reports and risk assessments Cooperation with management and department leaders to continuously improve safety standards Planning and implementation of emergency exercises and evacuation exercises Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations on occupational safety and health Monitoring and maintenance of safety-relevant facilities and equipment

Completed training or studies in the field of occupational safety, engineering, technology or a comparable qualification Knowledge of relevant occupational safety laws and regulations Experience in occupational safety, preferably in the production or construction industry Ability to analyze risks, document and conduct security audits Good communication skills and the ability to train and motivate employees Self-employed and solution-oriented work Basic knowledge of English beneficial to understand international documentation and communicate with global partners Precise observation and sense of responsibility
