Nölken Hygiene Products GmbH in Windhagen near Bonn is a medium-sized, strongly growing company in the chemical industry. Our extensive production program includes products for hygiene, household and cosmetics.

For the expansion of our research and development department at the Windhagen site, we are looking for

Product Developer (m/d)

in full time (40h/week)

Area of responsibility:

• Development of formulations of cosmetic products according to legal requirements, sustainable and economic aspects (e.g. emulsions, surfactants, wet wipes)
• Creation, procurement and maintenance of product, formulation and raw material data
• Creation of bulk specifications and production documentation
• Examination and approval of new cosmetic products taking into account production capacity
• Production support in recipe, manufacturing and quality issues
• Close cooperation with our internal department as well as external laboratories, suppliers and industrial associations

Requirements profile:

• Technical or scientific studies or comparable completed training (e.g. chemical laboratory, CTA) Mind. 2 years of professional experience
• Industry experience in the hygiene, cosmetic or food industry desirable
• Professional knowledge of the handling of cosmetics regulation
• Team player with analytical, methodological and conscientious working methods
• Secure handling of MS Office
• Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
