Commercial support of third-party funding projects including budget and resource planning Management of international third-party projects including the implementation of cross-border procurement and project accounting Support in project development and independent costing of offers and orders Cost planning, control and forecasting (incl. quarterly rolling forecast) Ensuring project-related liquidity, preparation of budget requirements and accounting Consulting & reporting Advising the research teams and project leaders when submitting applications, using funds and billing Project reporting and participation in the development of internal accounting and reporting processes in the field of project controlling Provision of data for internal and external statistics, presentations and business reports Participation in budgetary management of funds
Testing & Compliance Cross-sector procurement and project accounting also international third-party funding projects Preparation, coordination and monitoring of external audits by funding providers Participation in the preparation and examination of evidence of the use of funds
Completed studies of business management, administrative sciences or comparable qualifications Professional experience in funding management, ideally with EU research funding, foundations or public funding Safe handling of IT applications in particular MS Office English knowledge in word and writing knowledge of public funding law; Basic knowledge of tax and contract law is advantageous
