Lean Manager (m/f/d)

Establishment and further development of a sustainable Lean organization and implementation of a long-term Lean Roadmap in accordance with the work objectives. Establishment and continuous improvement of a stable lean management system including daily control and responsibility processes. Promoting a factory-wide lean culture through coaching, training and active involvement of all employees. Application and development of central lean methods (e.g. 5S, Kaizen, VSM, SMED, TPM, Standard Work). Management of improvement initiatives to optimize safety, quality, delivery performance and costs. Planning and moderation of Kaizen workshops and monitoring relevant Lean key figures. Implementation of lean training and development of employees to Lean Champions for the sustainable anchoring of improvements.

Completed technical or business studies (Master of Advantage). At least 5 years of experience in lean implementation in the production environment. Funded knowledge of Lean methods (e.g. 5S, Kaizen, VSM, SMED, TPM). Experience in the construction and sustainable anchoring of lean systems. Strong coaching, moderation and change management skills. Very good communication and team skills. Good MS Office and SAP skills. Current knowledge of German and English. Strategic thinking combined with hands-on mentality. Motivating personality with high implementation orientation. Loadability and flexibility in a dynamic environment.
