You advise our employees and executives in all personnel topics, for example on contractual or labour law issues, as well as on questions of leadership development and remuneration You support management in the introduction and implementation of business and personnel strategy You form the interface to all central departments within the companies and are responsible for the respective voting You work in personnel planning and budgeting Responsible for the creation and modification of employment contracts Structural cooperation with the works council
