(Junior) Manager Sales & Performance Controlling Köln (m/f/d)

To strengthen our central controlling team, we are looking for you in full time as (Junior) Manager (m/w/d) Sales & Performance Controlling at the Cologne site. You support the development and development of regional performance controlling in close cooperation with our Head of Sales & Performance Controlling You also work with the creation of sales plans, budgets and location-specific targets and take over clearly defined (part-)responsibility You accompany the migration of our internal lead & Churn tracker into a group-wide CRM system and take over the operational support of the ongoing tracking In addition, perform systematic data evaluations, create forecasts and ad hoc analyses and prepare the results for management in a comprehensible manner You support project-related special evaluations and contribute to the derivation of recommendations for action You participate in the further development of our controlling and reporting instruments and introduce your own ideas for optimisation

You have at least two years of professional experience in performance or sales controlling, ideally in the insurance or broker environment, as well as a completed study, e.g. in BWL, VWL, business mathematics or business administration You bring good knowledge in Excel and have first experience in dealing with BI or reporting tools; Knowledge of LucaNet or MS Power BI are a plus Ideally, you have already worked in CRM projects or have collected first contact points with CRM systems. Your strong analytical thinking skills are your strengths as well as your structured and independent way of working Also with several parallel tasks you always keep an overview, prioritize the topics and work reliably You address solutions to questions and are proactive in the further development of processes You have very good German language and writing skills and good English skills (at least B2 level)
