In hardly any other kitchen you are trained as comprehensive as with us in the food store in the corn. You work with great products – from your own garden, from the best farmers in the region, often with high organic content. You learn real craft, because we do (almost) everything ourselves. Convenience is only available in an emergency – or if we develop something special together: for example own honey with a beekeeper, homemade fruit spreads or soy sauce according to our recipe. The training to cook or cook prepares you for your role as a culinary host:in tomorrow. You learn to work with high-quality products, to process them respectfully and to provide your guests with enjoyable experiences. You are going through all the items in the kitchen – and will also be involved in the consultation and dialogue with guests. In the restaurant you learn to serve food and drinks correctly – in breakfast, in the à la carte area, at the bar or at events. You will get insights into R&B management and experience how to initiate employees and organize processes. The cooperation with the banquet sale and the planning of events also include this.

After your successful completion of the school, you already have a professional internship, possibly already on first work experience at the hotel. You are interested in constantly expanding your knowledge and bringing the willingness to work in the team. Flexibility and high quality awareness as well as good ways of handling are of course for you. You love working with people on a very good service and are interested in food and drinks – from cultivation to sale. We look forward to your application documents with a possible entry date. These principles are of course for us (but perhaps worth mentioning): We only award permanent contracts. Working time is accurately recorded, with transparent working time accounts and schedule app. We pay for holiday and Christmas money.
