Full responsibility for the implementation of the business plan for the area concerned with all relevant KPIs, including market share and turnover Proactive use of the data and tools provided to gain insights to increase sales First-class customer management and intensive care of customer relationships Independent preparation of sales talks based on category and science-based arguments Successful instore management, especially with focus on availability, visibility, promotion and recommendations Competent and timely administration in the Daily Business, intensive use of the technology tools and tools provided

Ideally 2 years of sales experience in the German pharmacy channel with proven track record in the field of prescription-free medicines (OTC) or skin care products Successfully completed university degree of advantage Successfully completed pharmaceutical training of advantage High level of initiative, leadership and an agile mindset combined with a solution- and success-oriented approach Loadability, ready-to-use and organisational skills Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills Safe handling of data and technologies flowing German in word and writing, good English knowledge of advantage
