Plan and implement the action-oriented training in rehabilitation training, rehabilitation BvB and BvB on the basis of the training framework plans and individual funding targets Transfer of domestic competences in the fields of catering and service, cleaning and room design, textile care and home care Implementation of operational training plans and implementation of learning target controls and preparation for examinations Conduct and control the training evidence taking into account the applicable requirements Start and promote participants according to their individual learning and development needs Participation in support planning, documentation and case meetings in the context of professional rehabilitation Organize and evaluate operational training phases and internships as well as work with companies, vocational schools and competent bodies Ensure compliance with quality standards, hygiene requirements, food safety, occupational safety, environmental protection and sustainability requirements

Master: in the household sector or a comparable, professionally recognized agricultural qualification Vocational and work pedagogical suitability according to AEVO as well as training authority or recognition by the TLLLR Rehabilitation pedagogical additional qualification or equivalent proof or willingness to acquire timely Multiannual professional practice and experience in training, ideally in the field of professional rehabilitation Funded expertise in catering, cleaning, textile care, home care, hygiene and quality assurance Impressed pedagogical skills, estimating attitude and ability to individually promote young people with support needs Self-contained, structured and team-oriented operation as well as safe application of digital documentation and funding planning The membership of a Christian church, which belongs to the working group of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany, is desirable.
