With the aim of placing qualified candidates in attractive companies in the aviation industry, you support the Key Account Team with the customer acquisition. In close coordination with your clients, you will create professional and personal requirements profiles and develop a tailor-made recruitment strategy based on them. You identify suitable candidates via different channels and specifically address them to find the Perfect Match for your customers. You are self-sponsored by an existing candidate network and you are continuously expanding it. With empathy and professionalism, you conduct phone interviews as well as personal interviews and accompany your candidates throughout the selection process. You create meaningful, professionally prepared candidate profiles and present them convincingly with your clients.

A commercial training (e.g. personnel service businessman/wife or industrial businessman) or a study with an economic or personal focus. First professional experience in recruiting and in personal care, ideally in the staff service. Experience in the field of aviation is advantageous, but not absolutely necessary. You feel comfortable in the digital world of work and have a high affinity for modern software solutions. You can certainly master the German language in spelling, grammar and expression. You are communicative, bring your own initiative and value a good team collaboration.
