At the German sales center in the heart of Berlin, we control sales and service and develop the strategies, processes and prices to bring our vehicles to the streets. In the Top-End Vehicle Management team, we coordinate cross-departmental and cross-departmental topics for the Mercedes-AMG, Mercedes-Maybach and the G-Class brands as a central interface, drive strategic initiatives and ensure an efficient flow of information between sales, retail, specialist areas and the corporate headquarters. Together we develop measures to strengthen the top-end segment, accompany their implementation and make an important contribution to the future of the most exclusive vehicles of Mercedes-Benz AG in the German market. These challenges come to you, among other things: You support the top-end vehicle management and product management teams in varied tasks around the Mercedes-AMG, Mercedes-Maybach and the G-Class brands In the development, coordination and follow-up of measures to strengthen the top-end segment in the German market You prepare management decisions, workshops and cross-departmental voting and support their follow-up You support monitoring relevant market and sales figures You conduct market, competition and target group analyses You support the coordination and processing of inquiries from Group headquarters, Retail and other departments The activity may begin from October 2026 or later.

You are studying Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a comparable degree course, ideally with deepening marketing or automotive industry in the Master (completed Bachelor degree course) You may have experience using artificial intelligence You are interested in our products and electromobility You think analytically and like to solve complex relationships You have fun communication and cooperation in the team and other contact persons You are safe in word and writing in German and English You have a well-founded knowledge of the current IT applications such as MS-Office and are happy to learn Additional information: We are looking forward to your online application with CV, lettering, certificates, current enrollment certificate with a specification of the semester, if necessary.
