They are responsible for the entire shipping process, including bookings in MS Business Central and the control of loading of trucks, containers and other vehicles. The correct shipping preparation and processing for road, air and sea freight including documentation ensure. Technical guidance and coordination of the loading staff as well as the handling of the driver are your tasks. They monitor compliance with hazardous goods regulations, cargo securing and releases according to the four-eye principle. The work safety, order and cleanliness in the operating area always keep in mind and ensure maintenance and control. In case of malfunctions, you immediately identify the causes, take measures to resolve and communicate with relevant interfaces in the company. They promote a positive working climate, resolve conflicts in the team and actively support in day-to-day business if necessary. You are the first contact for our customers and forwarders in the daily business.

They have completed training in the field of logistics, forwarding or comparable qualifications. Multiannual experience in shipping and leadership of teams are of advantage. Safe handling of MS Business Central and other Microsoft applications is one of your strengths. You have experience in handling hazardous goods (ADR), cargo safety and emergency management. Technical understanding as well as physical load-bearing capacity, especially for load-proofing, are excellent. Responsibility, enforcement and team capacity are of course for you. They have a valid stapler certificate (optional with suspension certificate) and bring the willingness to shift work with Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing complete your profile. Other foreign language skills are of advantage.
