Service Delivery Manager (gn) Enterprise Infrastructure Services

Germany-wide (remote) | Full time | From now on

As a service delivery manager, you are a guarantee of compliance with our service agreements (SLA/KPI) and thereby further develop the trust of our customers.

The focus is on the operation and continuous development of the complete data center infrastructure – including Core Infrastructure, Virtualization, Citrix, Networking, Storage and Capacity & Performance Management.

The task area

• You take the end-to-end responsibility for our managed service in the area of Datacenter Infrastructure Operations
• As a central contact person, you coordinate service provision at operational and strategic level – including escalation management and service reviews
• You will develop the technical infrastructure together with the customer and ensure high service quality based on KPIs, SLAs and ITSM standards
• You control internal and external stakeholders, guide service providers and work closely with our technical expert:inside and architect:involve
• You are responsible for the economic management of the service – including billing, resource planning and controlling
• In accompanying projects, you act as a Service Owner or Project Manager and ensure efficient implementation in coordination with customers, departments and Sales
• You are actively striving to team together and motivate a resilient network internally and externally;

Knowledge and skills

• Multiannual experience in the service management of complex IT infrastructures – ideally as a service delivery manager or in a comparable position
• Funded technical understanding of data center operation, virtualization, networks, storage, monitoring and adjacent technologies
• experience in the management of IT projects as well as in the optimization of processes, ideally using automation solutions
• Sovereign occurrence on C level as well as in exchange with technical departments
• practice in the definition, monitoring and compliance of SLAs and in contract and performance management
• Confidence with ITIL standards and best practices in IT service management
• Analytical strength, pronounced solution orientation and the ability to address technical challenges objectively;
• communication skills, strategic thinking, and a high degree of self-responsibility and organizational staff;
• A sense of customer needs, team leadership and a strong service orientation
• German and English language skills in word and writing
