In this position, a team of 7 employees, such as specialist credit management and collateral, as well as process managers in credit management, will lead you to the following main topics: • Definition of standards for the handling of business processes in the field of active • Optimization and further development of customer-oriented processes taking into account regulatory requirements and the needs of the market • Advising sales and market follow-up areas • Design of service agreements with internal customers and their regular review of optimization approaches • Support for management in supervisory matters • clarification of key issues in the asset business • Control of parameter responsibility and ensuring the production of active applications • Service provider control for supervised applications • Run projects / collaborate in projects

• Diploma in banking/savings banks or Bachelor BWL or comparable qualification • Experiences as leadership in line or project function or proven leadership potential • Experiences and successes in the targeted development, coordination and implementation of complex processes in the active business • high decision-making competence, responsibility and initiative • sovereign appearance and high persuasiveness and willingness to conflict • Understanding as a team player • strong readiness to change • time flexibility and loadability
