Bayer Gastronomie GmbH is a 100% subsidiary of the Bayer Group. The foundation of the company is more than 400 employees, some 900 supporters and about 30 trainees in 7 apprenticeships. The portfolio of Bayer Gastronomie GmbH is very heterogeneous and includes: public restaurants, employee restaurants, casino companies, hotels, external catering contracts, retail, event & stadium restaurants, catering & party services and multifunctional seminar and conference facilities. For our casino hotel in Leverkusen we are looking for a dedicated receptionist (all sexes) who, with passion and service orientation, provides a warm welcome to our guests.

In this varied position you are the first point of contact and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out. In addition, you take over administrative tasks in the front office and act as a communication interface between the reception and other departments. Your ability to respond to the wishes of our guests makes their stay unforgettable. Your main tasks include customer-oriented guest reception and check-in and check-outs They ensure a smooth workflow in the hotel reception area in all layers (breakfast/night) You accept all reservation requests and process them accordingly You take care of the data management in the known reservation systems and in the hotel system Protel Administrative tasks in the front office area also belong to your activities You are responsible for the telephone and information center for the entire hotel operation You act as a communication interface between the reception and all other departments
