Implementation of the sustainability strategy along the entire supply chain Translation of company-wide requirements into specific requirements for suppliers, material selection, transport and processes Sparring partners for global internal fields as well as external suppliers in all sustainability topics Assessment and continuous monitoring of supplier performance in terms of sustainability Ensuring compliance with environmental, social and compliance standards at suppliers Implementation and compliance with ESG and regulatory requirements (including LKSG, CSRD, CBAM, REACH, RoHS, EUDR) Collection, analysis and evaluation of relevant sustainability indicators of suppliers (e.g. CO2 footprint, Scope 3 emissions, recycling quotas, certifications) Development and implementation of improvement programs with suppliers (e.g. CO2 reduction, packaging optimization, use of sustainable materials, increase energy efficiency) Participation in implementing ESG requirements and reporting obligations, e.g. with regard to Supplier Code of Conduct, sustainable procurement and new legal requirements

Complete study in environmental sciences, sustainability management, economy or comparable Auditor training (1st & 2nd party) of advantage Knowledge of common standards and regulations (e.g. ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001 and LkSG, REACH, RoHS, CBAM, EUDR, CoC, QSV and PPWR) Analytical strength as well as ability to evaluate and use large amounts of data Structured operation and experience in project management as well as handling SAP and MS Office Passion for sustainability and commitment to pioneering topics Embossed communication skills in German and English as well as safe occurrence High reliability, fast conception and organizational strength Suitable for severely disabled persons, according to the task and request profile
