You have preferably completed a degree in architecture or alternatively successfully completed your degree in the field of civil engineering/construction management, the technical building equipment or a comparable subject You have several years of relevant professional experience in interdisciplinary cooperation You have experiences in the development of complex construction projects in the construction and/or TGA and look at the overall project and the interaction of different disciplines and stakeholders. You ideally have experience in the processing of projects in stockbuilding and projects for contractors You are familiar with the processing and supervision of general planning projects You have good knowledge of the current procurement, construction and planning law (HOAI. AHO, VOB, GWB, VgV, UVgO) You have good IT skills (MS Office, MS Project, project management software such as cost and deadline tracking software) You are enthusiastic about “sustainable planning, construction and operation” and have ideally already gained experience in the topic. You have very good knowledge of German (C-Level) Due to your strong communicative skills, you will conduct your discussions with all project participants in a sovereign, secure and structured way You convince by safe occurrence, initiative and willingness to introduce and develop your knowledge and skills into a team.
