Construction Manager (m|w|d) Own-sponsored management and execution of civil engineering projects (e.g. management, road construction, infrastructure measures) Organisation, coordination and monitoring of construction sites Management and operational planning of the commercial construction site personnel Coordination and control of subcontractors and suppliers Monitoring of dates, quality, costs and occupational safety Creation of dimensions, building day reports and project documentation Participation in billing as well as post-order management Close coordination with clients, authorities, utilities and internal specialist departments Ensuring compliance with statutory, technical and occupational safety-relevant requirements

Graduate in civil engineering, a further education as a state-tested technician (m|w|d) or master (m|w|d) in civil engineering or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in civil or infrastructure construction Good knowledge of VOB and relevant technical regulations Safe handling of MS Office as well as building-specific software Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Enforcement, Organisational Strength and Responsibility Teamability and secure and binding occurrence Class B driving licence
