Conducting market analyses and market probes for IT and media technology services Analysis of standard operating, service, support, contract and performance models Identification and evaluation of appropriate service providers, providers and best practices Determination of market performance, role and responsibilities Analysis of existing IT services in terms of market and tenderability Evaluation and further development of service and operating models based on process, cost and resource analyses Development of optimization proposals for performance cuts, interfaces and responsibilities Identification of organisational, technical and process conditions for the provision of services by external service providers Participation in the development of target operating models and the integration of standard market services Support in the creation and further development of performance descriptions and tender documents Definition of performance, service boundaries and interfaces Assessment of the tenderability of services and services Conducting interviews and workshops with service managers and departments Recording, structuring and documentation of technical requirements, processes, roles and responsibilities Creation of decision, presentation and management templates Processing and documentation of analytical results as a basis for strategic decisions and procurement procedures

Multiannual professional experience in IT service management, IT operation, IT consulting or a comparable environment Found experience in the analysis, evaluation and documentation of IT services, processes and operating models Experience in carrying out market analyses, market probes and cost and cost-effectiveness analyses Experience in the creation of technical concepts, performance descriptions and decision bases Knowledge of ITIL (at least ITIL Foundation V3 or V4) Experience in the environment of managed services, service sourcing or operating transitions Knowledge of public tenders, procurement procedures and the EVB-IT family Embossed analytical and conceptual skills and a structured working method Very good communication and moderation capabilities as well as safe occurrence to specialist areas and service providers Ability to prepare complex facts in a comprehensible and addressable manner Self-responsible and at the same time team-oriented work Solution-oriented, pragmatic approach and high outcome orientation Very good German knowledge (C2) and good English knowledge (B2) in word and writing
