(Senior) Trade Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

You are responsible for Trade Marketing & POS International and develop your small team In this role, you accompany the development of the International Promotion & Trade Marketing Strategy, taking into account marketing plans and trade specifications for all animal groups To increase brand presence and shopper activation, you develop creative and customized POS concepts You also analyze the market requirements from a strategic perspective and identify the needs of trading partners to derive relevant measures The permanent optimization of internal processes and inventory management for POS materials are part of your Daily Business Overview Manage the interfaces to external/internal and national/international stakeholders

Completed business or comparable studies, ideally focusing on marketing or sales Multiannual professional experience in a comparable position of trade marketing in the FMCG area with international orientation First management experience Analytical and strategic thinking and decision-making Very good communication and team skills and a high level of creativity Very good English skills
