Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Casting You take responsibility for building, maintaining and optimizing our cloud infrastructure – always keeping the performance, scalability and costs in mind. You design and implement robust, automated deployment pipelines (CI/CD) to make our development processes more efficient and ensure high software quality. You can secure and secure the stable and secure operation of our platforms and services proactively on possible bottlenecks or disruptions. You work closely with our development and product teams to understand requirements, design technical solutions and advise as an expert on cloud and infrastructure issues. You optimize and automate our infrastructure with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to ensure a consistent and reproducible environment. You are actively involved in the selection and introduction of new technologies and tools to continuously improve our system landscape. You contribute significantly to compliance with security standards and best practices in the area of cloud security and compliance. Education: Successfully completed technical studies in the field of computer science, a comparable qualification or relevant professional experience. Expertise: Understanding Linux Administration and Management of Systems in the Production Area. Found experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and the management of container workloads. Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, especially Terraform. Experience with Kubernetes and Web App Services. Comprehensive experience in the construction and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps). Good understanding of network architectures, firewalls and databases in the cloud environment. Practical experience with at least one large cloud provider, preferably Microsoft Azure. Experience with cloud migrations and the transformation of existing applications into the cloud is beneficial. Knowledge of object-oriented programming (e.g. PHP) is desirable.
