Development Engineer / Hardware Developer – Optical Metrology with a Focus on Digital Electronics (m/f/d)

In team work, you develop digital circuits for innovative, measurement solutions. You define the hardware and software interfaces and unfold FPGA modules using VHDL. You use PCBs and measuring systems, check the functions against the specifications and are always interested in optimization. With your expertise, you will also advise our developer team, for example at the floorplanning of new FPGA boards.

Your basis can be a completed study in the field of electrical engineering, technical computer science, engineering, physics or a comparable qualification. It is important to us to know in-depth knowledge of digital electronics and first professional practice as a hardware developer or Development Engineer (w/m/d). Ideally, you are experienced in the development of measurement technology based on Xilinx FPGAs and you know yourself in the VHDL programming as well as with the design of digital function modules. Experience in dealing with Linux and hardware-related programming is advantageous. You like to work in the team, testify to your creativity and solution-oriented approach in highly technological development projects and have fun sharing.
