We offer you the position at Frankfurt am Main in the area of sales: Marketing Manager (m/w/d) Portfolio control: You control our electricity and gas sales portfolios along defined strategies, convert forecasts into positions and keep the portfolios “clean” – including adjustments, identifying netting potentials, transaction processing and documentation. You act as an interface to sales, trade and risk controlling for risk-based portfolio management.

Forecast vs. Reality: You continuously compare ordered quantities with the current sales expectancy and derive timely adjustments for the front month and the rest of the year - with the aim of minimising spot shares and quantity risks.

Spot & balancing energy: You support the structured allocation of spot and balancing energy effects, develop bottom-up logics (e.g. deltas, time series, distribution keys) and thus increase the control capability up to the product level.

Transparency: You ensure cost and quantity transparency, including segment and cost allocation, and thus provide the basis for controlling, sales control and product costing.

Reporting & stakeholder communication: You create regular portfolio and performance reports (e.g. degrees of coverage, market values, spot/equalizing energy effects) and prepare results address-oriented for regulatory dates and decision bodies.

Complete university studies (e.g. economics/engineering, energy management, mathematics) or a comparable qualification

Multiannual experience in the field of energy, e.g. portfolio/quantity management, trade, energy procurement, sales control or energy management, ideally at the Sales to Trade interface

expressed number and data affinity, analytical thinking, very good Excel knowledge; Experience with EDM & PFM systems as well as SAP-close process chains is advantageous

Clear communication, secure stakeholder management and joy in cross-disciplinary cooperation

German language and writing, good English skills
