Research Assistant in the Department of Teaching and Teaching Organization (m/f/d)

The Technical University of Applied Sciences Würzburg-Schweinfurt (THWS) is one of the largest practice-oriented universities in Bavaria and covers a wide range of subjects with the fields of technology, social and economic sciences, design and languages. We accompany around 9,300 students in more than 65 courses on their educational path. The Campus Angewandte Forschung (CAF) supervises and accompanies all university members in the research and transfer area of A such as spin-off to Z such as future ideas. The CAF is responsible for research administration, young scientists, transfer & innovation, foundation & entrepreneurship and the cross-section of Strategic University Development. Currently we have two project sites to occupy: Campus Applied Research Research Associate in Teaching and Teaching Organisation (w/m/d) in parttime (60%) Application code: 51.1.758 The place shall be occupied at the next possible time, the place of service shall be located in Würzburg. The recruitment is carried out within the framework of a project until 31.12.2028 and in part-time (24 hours/week). An extension is possible in principle.

As an employee in the joint project ZENTRIA between the Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg (JMU), the Technical University of Aschaffenburg (TH AB) and the THWS, you work in an interdisciplinary team on the successful implementation of the project and the achievement of the project objectives. Their focus is in particular in the field of teaching and teaching organization (with focus on foundation, entrepreneurship and project competence), but also in scouting and general foundation support. Your tasks include: Expansion and further development of the teaching offer in the ZENTRIA Higher Education Association project with focus on foundation, entrepreneurship and general project competence independent conception, organisation and implementation of thematically linked courses for an interdisciplinary target group in the qualification programme Scouting potential start-up projects at THWS in courses for further qualification in the ZENTRIA programme general foundation support (e.g. advice, organisation of founding events, presence at network events) Participation and participation in inter-universal meetings with the JMU and the TH AB Acquisition of administrative activities in the implementation of the project (including the creation of interim reports, coordination activities with staff and budget agencies)
