You support our colleagues in questions and problems concerning our software applications at home and abroad. In doing so, your good understanding of the digitally mapped processes allows you to support targeted You translate the wishes and problems of the departments into software requirements and tune them with the developers You evaluate and prioritize incidents and pass them over to the right teams.
